Dass Herr Kindermann fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter aus dem Vorstand ausscheiden w\u00fcrde, deutete sich bereits durch die Pressemitteilung am 29. Oktober 2020 an. Schlie\u00dflich standen die Installation eines Chief Risk Officer (CRO) auf Vorstandsebene und die \u00dcbertragung der Verantwortung f\u00fcr die interne Revision auf die Vorstandsvorsitzende Antje Leminsky im Zusammenhang mit der St\u00e4rkung der Compliance sowie des gesamten internen Kontrollsystems &#8211; zwei Bereiche in der Zust\u00e4ndigkeit von Herrn Kindermann. Daneben erkl\u00e4rte die GRENKE AG am 16. Dezember 2020, dass die KPMG hinsichtlich der Angemessenheit der organisatorischen Geldw\u00e4schepr\u00e4vention \u201ewesentliche Beanstandungen\u201c formuliert habe.<\/p>\n<p>Laut der ad-hoc-Mitteilung vom 8. Februar 2021 geht es offenbar nur um prozessuale Themen, die demnach keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen auf die Verm\u00f6gens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der GRENKE AG haben sollten. Die GRENKE AG hat es bisher aber vers\u00e4umt, die Zusammenh\u00e4nge und die Auswirkungen der Demission von Herrn Kindermann zu erkl\u00e4ren. Hier ist dringend Transparenz geboten.
