Wie es in Finanzmarktkreisen hei\u00dft, steckt er hinter der Beteiligung der Investmentbank Morgan Stanley von, laut Bloomberg, gut sechs Prozent an Stada. Der Fonds Gan\u00e9 Value Event h\u00e4lt gut ein Prozent. Gan\u00e9-Partner Uwe Rathausky rechnet bald mit einem neuen Angebot. Die wahrscheinlichste Variante sei, dass Bain und Cinven es noch mal versuchen &#8211; mit einem leicht h\u00f6heren Preis und einer niedrigeren Mindestannahmequote.
